Impact assessment of Mobile Creche Programme and its effect on increasing nutritional outcomes in children
This project conducted for the HT Parekh Foundation tried to understand the knowledge, attitude and practice level of mothers and community members in nutrition, as well as evaluate changes in children's nutritional outcomes including vaccination.
A mixed methods approach was carried out to meet the evaluation objectives. KIIs and FGDs were conducted with community members and mothers respectively to gather information on knowledge, attitude, practice and awareness. Quantitative interviews were undertaken with 550 children including the collection of anthropometric data to measure nutritional uptake and evaluate nutritional outcomes.
