Arindam is a public policy and communications specialist with ten years of experience. Prior to co-founding PDAG, he read for the Masters in Public Policy at Blavatnik Schol of Government at the University of Oxford as a Chevening Scholar. He has also worked closely with J-PAL South Asia and was a PMRDF. He currently advises the CMO, Jharkhand on key welfare policy issues, media outreach and digital communications. Arindam also oversees key research and policy partnerships between PDAG and other academic and public policy organisations.

A Chevening Scholar, Shashi holds an MA in Poverty and Development from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), Sussex and a Masters in Development Practice from TISS, Mumbai. Starting his career as a software engineer, his interest towards public policy made him join Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellowship from 2012 to 2016. He has also worked with Ernst and Young and represented the World Bank as a Resident Coordinator in Jharkhand overseeing the JOHAR Project.

With an MA in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS)- Sussex, Manuj brings professional experience of over 11 years across diverse sectors. Over these years, he has gained deep experiential learning on livelihoods, participatory development and data-driven governance - focusing on pro-poor value chain development and integrated risk management.
