Policy & Development Advisory Group ( PDAG) is looking to onboard one (1) Senior Associate Consultant / Consultant (Quantitative Research), to work within the Research and Data Solutions vertical.

Requirements:

• Work experience: 2-4 years of experience in quantitative data analysis, design of surveyquestionnaires, impact evaluation, and proposal development.
• Education requirements – Post Graduate in Economics/ Quantitative Methods / Statistics/PublicPolicy or any other relevant programme.
• Preference will be given to candidates with strong knowledge of quantitative research methodology, including sampling techniques and experience with questionnaire design and fieldwork.
